The difference between my first painting and 'Tre' is quite apparent. Here, I was still drawn to the details of the yachts, but I began approaching them with a greater sense of freedom, less concerned with accuracy and more interested in interpretation.
I particularly love how the hues came together in the background, blending and dissolving into one another almost effortlessly. There is something especially captivating about the way the yachts seem to gradually disappear into the surrounding landscape, becoming part of nature rather than simply existing within it.
'Tre' feels like a quiet step towards letting go, allowing colour, atmosphere, and instinct to take precedence over precision.
